    Partnerships are structured as six-month engagements, recognizing that meaningful cultural shifts require steadiness, and continuity.

    This fractional partnership includes direct engagement with the entire organization through active facilitation across leadership, board, and staff spaces, while still maintaining focused support for the Executive Director.

    This is designed for nonprofits wanting steady access to elevated HR process or those experiencing leadership strain, governance confusion, team tension, or periods of change.
